What is MetLife’s Critical Injury Insurance?
MetLife’s Critical Injury Insurance pays a lump-sum benefit in the event that you are diagnosed with one of the covered blood and respiratory cancers. These covered cancers will be listed in an insurance certificate you will receive if MetLife extends coverage to you under the group insurance policy that is expected to be issued in connection with this settlement. MetLife will extend this coverage to any plaintiff who agrees to participate in the settlement and who has not ever had certain cancers.
