What injury categories am I in?
On or about June 24, 2010, following the June 23, 2010 Fairness Hearing, we will be sending you a letter in the mail that identifies your injury category and explains the various details of the Amended Settlement Process Agreement to you. Your final injury category will be determined by the allocation neutral.
