What happens if my health or injuries get worse after settling?
If you are diagnosed with the following cancers between 9/1/10 through 8/31/25 you will be entitled to an additional payment up to $100,000.
- Cancer of the Larynx
- Leukemia
- Lung Cancer
- Lymphoma
- Malignant Mesothelioma
- Multiple Myeloma
The amount you received will depend on when you were diagnosed. However in order to qualify for this benefit you must have never previously been diagnosed with Cancer.
