Good Afternoon,

First let me say, I commend your law firm because of the way you keep us informed about what's going on minute by minute!!!  I also want to say thank you for hearing me and representing me on this claim.  Alot of people don't understand the trials and tribulations of how 9/11 has affected many of us even to this day.   I will pray for Mr. Galvis and so many others who have suffered one way or another from this tragedy.  May God continue to bless each and everyone in your office for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

-S.M.

I feel that your team has worked very hard and with a lot of people. Not everyone will be happy with the out come. You can not please everyone. I feel that your team has done a great job.

Thank you for fighting for us.

Messers Napoli&Groner.
Thank you for your article and all I can say is that your firm should be commended for doing your due diligence in the matters of representing us the workers at Ground Zero..Also, the Post has repeatedly slammed all the hard hat trades with lies and misinformation and also the NYPD&NYFD..We all collectively condemn the Post on their shabby self serving rag of a paper by putting out this diatibe of lies on a constant basis.  If you have the time ,you should review all the negative things they say about all of us and you as a reputable law firm should give them a dose of their own medicine and take them to task in the form of an open letter to them so all of us can see in print what an out of control bunch of sensationalist that paper really is..In closing I and my counterparts thank you for your devotion and hard work for our cause..I met Mr. Bern and one of our local 15 Engineer meetings and was impressed with his full disclosure and transparency. Perhaps the Post should have that distinction but we feel they have to earn it..We (my counterparts will never buy that paper again)..And yes you may enter this letter to them when and if you decide to put the record straight..Thank you for all your firm has done and keep up the great work that you ,your partners and entire staff are doing...Signed –M..R.

The post sucks! I'm just a client and even I have the personal emails and phone numbers of the firms partners. You guys always get back to me when I write.

Thanks for all the hard work....-G.M.

Does anyone really care what the post writes to begin with...?  I dont.

Dear Mr. Paul J. Napoli and William H. Groner:

I am expressing my appreciation for your efforts. Yet, when all financial means are depleted after a heart breaking ten years, watching your husband suffer "effort" seems of little comfort.  My family will never be the same, like so many.  We have gone through everthing we had, have borrowed money from where ever we can and now the well is dry with no where to turn.  My husband gave his all at Ground Zero and I am sure he would do all over again, but with almost 100% certaintity I would safely conclude that many would not.  A handful of conditions are being considered for the worst enviromental disaster in American history.   When you have no funds at all at your disposal, your disabled and  have lost your identity as a man and head of a household and the bill collectors hound you constatntly, I can see how some of your clients could possibly feel less than grateful.  Time does not heal all wounds. Time, in this case, has been our enemy with not one day of relief in almost ten years.   By the appearance and location of your law firm I would comfortably say you have been awarded for your efforts.  It has been a very frustrating and painful road for many.  Hope, which is the only thing I personally have left, will see my family to some joy.  Soon, I pray.

Sincerely,

-E.M.

To Worby Groner Edelman & Napoli Bern LLP and staff

I would like to thank you and you very courteous staff for all the work you have done. This has been a great help to me and my wife.

-G.LF.

I THINK THE PRESS HAS SOME NERVED TO EVEN MAKE SUCH ALLOCATIONS, I THINK THE FIRM HAS SURPPORTED ME FROM 911 INCIDENT HAS BEEN IN MY CORNER SINCE. THANK U –N.R.

I have to say...I don't even ever pay any attention to any of those ridiculous articles (my wife gets so nervous and is such a negative person, when she read that she started to panic )...I know and I feel extremely confident that your firm is doing everything it can for every client involved...I have called your office for answers to questions that I have had and I was always treated with respect and never once felt misled...I am a tier 4 client and even though I still have not received a check yet other then the initial payment back months ago, I have no worries whatsoever that I will get what I am entitled to...just as your firm should get paid for its fees for all of its hard work that they have done over the past 8 years or so. Funny how there is always an underlying story whenever something negative is written.

Anyway, keep up the good work (I know it seems never ending) but I truly believe in you guys doing the right thing contrary to what I read and hear.....with much thanks,
-N.LS.

Dear Sirs,

I find it appalling that a reporter would write such an arbitrary  and capricious article. Please note that as one of your clients, I am truly appreciative of your law firms hard work and dedication. Your staff has always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The New York Post and its writers are not reporting facts, rather they are reporting their interpetation of the facts. Your firm has done an outstanding job in representing your 9/11 clients. For this, I thank you.

Sincerely,
-P.L.

I fully agree with this highly competent law firm and its staff on this determination! Thank you for your tireless representation!
M.M.P.

It is beyond my comprehension as to why people are constantly seeking reasons to disparage your firm. I for one consider your firm and team as heroes of the 9-11 first responders you fought so hard for. You spent numerous hours/years and countless dollars in our defense with no guarantee of success at the conclusion. I would not want any other firm to represent me in any of my 9-11 claims. I am by no means going to be fully compensated for the medical conditions I have due to my service at Ground Zero. However you have made sure that we are protected with the Cancer insurance. Protected our rights under Zadroga and got us some compensation for our injuries. I would say that is a successful litigation.

Thanks you and God Bless.

G. G.

I am a former Special Services Police Division Commander. I am 100 % disabled from the atttacks of 11 September 2001. I am Tier 4 and like everyone else I would like a higher award. I am forced to be realistic and understand that it has been a long hard fight to reach this proposed award from the court and the lawyers to accept 25% instead of 33%.  The fact that I believe Zadroga will pass opening up the avenue to apply for additional awards which are well deserved from the Victims Fund provides much more light at the end of the tunnel. One must have settled all litigation with the city and contractors to be able to apply through Zadroga when passed and signed into law. This fact alone should be enough for everyone to opt-in to the present suite if not you will have to go it alone and it could take years and years for single persons to sue. In numbers we can take advantage of both. I am asking that anyone who has not opted-in reconsider the ramifications and hardships they may face. If the numbers go above 95% the award increases to a total of 10% assidional award if 100 % is reached. I am writing this without any request or compensation from the Worby, Napoli, Bern law firm. It just makes sence and cents.

Sincerely

J. E.

To My Fellow First Responders,

I have opted in for the following reasons:

We all responded to the tragedy with no expectation of compensation....if it happened again tomorrow, we would all respond again, regardless of the consequences.

Since 9/11, I have had part of my large intestine removed, stents placed in my heart, chronic bloody noses, and as a formerly fit, non smoker, I am now unable to breathe when I exercise. I am certain of the cause of my problems, but I feel that when the issue gets to court, we would have a hard time demonstrating and proving the connection...for every expert WGE & NB presents, I'm sure the opposition will have 3 to negate their testimony. As the Police first responders know, the trial will drag on for years, diminishing the funds that are now present for distribution. I think this offer is as good as it's going to get.

Respectfully,
B. R., Detective, NYPD (Retired)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

If no one has said thank you let me be the first. You will be blessed for all your hard work. Do we have any idea when they will be releasing the funds.

Dear Mr. Napoli:

I wish to thank you and the firm of Napoli and Kaiser for representing me over the years. The degree of professionalism displayed by you and your staff was a great comfort to me and my family throughout our association.

Please accept my utmost gratitude and heartfelt thanks for all you have done. I will be recommending your firm in the future to anyone who is in need of legal representation and sound legal advice.

With Warmest Regards:
S.V.

Dear Paul,

Thank you so much for all you have done for T. and myself before, during and after our trial.

As we rode home nightly, we would marvel on how awesome you were and how you blew the defense out of the water daily.

You made my trial one of the most fascinating two weeks of my life. You took wonderful care of me. I felt that your incredible team were there fighting for me every minute under your leadership.

All of your staff was very professional. Hazel summed it up nicely to me, when she told me she "felt like I was one of her sisters and she was going to miss me."

I wish your success to continue and if they ever have a Reality Show for attorneys you would WIN!!

Sincerely,
C.F.
