Decline Settlement
If I decline the settlement offer will you continue to represent me?
There are circumstances that may force us to discontinue our representation, for example we are not required to advance costs. If you wish to proceed with your case we may ask you to advance the costs for trial. Although declining this settlement offer is against our advice, if you do not accept the settlement and want us to continue representing you, we will have to evaluate your case to make a determination about whether we can continue the litigation on your behalf. If we determine that we cannot go forward with your case, we may have to seek the Court’s intervention to be relieved as counsel.
