No. The terms of this coverage are currently under review by the New York State Insurance Department. In addition, if you live outside of New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania, the state in which you live may need to approve this coverage and/or the enrollment form contained in the settlement materials. Accordingly, terms described in this Q and A may change based on state requirements and you may be required to complete and submit another enrollment form should the state in which you reside determine that a different enrollment form must be used.
