GROUND ZERO SETTLEMENT INFORMATION

To learn more about your Ground Zero Settlement, your interim payments, or whether the Allocation Neutral has issued your determination letter please read to the following message.

In an effort to provide you the most current information available to us, we are posting on our website the status of your case by file number.  These lists will be updated regularly and will be the best place for you to obtain the most current information.

The list will contain the details about whether your determination has been issued by the Allocation Neutral and when, as well as when your payment has been issued or can be expected. 

Please understand we are doing everything we can to assist the Allocation Neutral so that determinations and payments can be issued as quickly as possible. 

It is important to remember, however, that the order and timing of the determinations are completely in the Allocation Neutral’s hands, not ours, and thus we cannot do anything to make this happen faster.
